Most apps were designed before AI and had it added on later. We are rebuilding everyday tools with it at the centre. Our own products are where we test what we then build for clients.

  1. Talk

    A 30 minute call about one process that costs your team time. No preparation needed.

  2. Map

    We walk through it with the people who do it and mark where the hours go: the retyping, the chasing, the weekly reports.

  3. Build

    We build the tool and test it on your real work, in short rounds, until it does the job the way your team would.

  4. Hand over

    We set it up inside the tools you already use, train your team, and stay on to adjust it as the work changes.

CoBuild is founded and run by Ujjwal, in Singapore. When you work with us, you work directly with the person building your tool.

Ujjwal's background is in finance. He worked at Goldman Sachs across sectors including software, gaming and automotive technology, has worked on M&A advisory mandates at a boutique firm, and holds an MBA in finance from Singapore Management University.

That shapes how CoBuild works. We start from the business case and the numbers, ask what a tool has to save or earn to be worth building, and only then write any code. Everything we ship, we also use ourselves.
